| Foreclosures took a little break over the holiday
and true to form, after a couple of encouraging months, the filings are
up. My theory has been if we get three consecutive months of fewer
foreclosures, chances are, we would be at the beginning of a trend.
Remember, these are the filings. Most homes will show up for sale
in 6-12 months adding to the inventory.
